SRA Price & Service Transparency
Under SRA Transparency Rules, we are required to publish price and service information regarding our Immigration services.
The costs associated with immigration applications can vary depending on your individual circumstances. We charge flexible fixed fees based on the type of immigration application required, the experience of the solicitor and the complexity of your specific case, which is why there is usually a range given in the pricing structure below.
Other factors include where you currently reside, your immigration history, the availability and timeliness of required documentation, the volume of supporting evidence to review, and the preparation time needed for your application. Additional considerations include consular processing times.
